Kaizen Policy

 

Forward Gear (Pvt.) Ltd is focused and encourage the suggestion giving by anyone which would be reviewed by CI team. CI team shall announce the selected projects for the kaizen activities to save the process time and better production. After going through implementation process stage will come for review by encouraging the employees through defined incentives.
